Palm kernel oil (PKO) is a lucrative product from palm oil fruit. After palm oil is produced, the palm kernel remains. Processing the kernels provides an additional source of revenue. Traditionally, palm kernel nuts were cracked by hand. This tedious and inefficient method was then replaced by a palm kernel cracking machine, which could crack the nuts, but separation of nuts and shells still had to be done manually. Now our company develop a new technology palm kernel cracker and shell kernel separator can crack the nut and then separate the kernels from the shell. 

Palm kernel oil is an healthy vegetable oil.similarly to coconut oil, is high in saturated fats and is more saturated than palm oil.and it does not contain cholesterol or trans fatty acids.It is commonly used in commercial cooking because it is lower in cost than other oils and remains stable at high cooking temperatures.
 
Palm kernel(without shell) oil content rate is around 50%, the oil residue rate will be 5-6%, so you can get around 44% oil. So seen from the above, if you want to process a 5t/day palm Kernel oil processing project, you can get around more than 2t/day crude palm kernel oil.

Palm kernel oil press production line introduction:
1.Palm Nut & Fiber Separator : It is used for separate the fiber and nut after the palm oil pressing. After separate the palm nut and fiber, the fiber can as fuel. The palm nut can go to pressing oil. 



2. Palm Nut dryer
This process adopts the vertical dryer, with the hot wind to transfer the heats. It removes out the more mositure, let the palm kernel become softy and easy cracking.
Automatic control and safety device of automatic moisture meter, automatic temperature control, pressure switches, motor overload protection, automatic ignition, automatic shutdown.


3.Palm Nut Cracking: Because the palm kernel is hard and big size, here we have a new cracker machine, which is is specially and newly developed to be used for cracking palm nuts. The palm nuts cracking machine is mainly applicable for dividing the palm kernels into the outer hard shell with high efficiency.The palm kernel separating machine is for separating the palm kernels from the cracked shells clearly and completely.


  
4.Palm Nut Shell & Kernel Separator Machine:
Because the cracked shell & nut are hard separate. Before mainly separate by manual. Previously we used mud separation to separate shells and kernels, called wet separation. Because the kernel and the separated shell after the wet separation method need to be dried, the machine cost and labor cost are high. Now we have newly researched the dry separation method, which can separate the shell and the kernel according to the specific gravity by the vibrating separation screen.


5.Palm Kernel Crusher Machine:
