Factory price Single Screw Floating Fish Feed Extruder
This series of machine are used in extruding process low oil plant such as rice bran, soybean and pre-pressed cake before they are leached by solvent.
Working principle:
Oil plant is pressed, heated, cutted, kneaded etc in extruding chest. Direct steam injecting makes material well mixing, cooking, gelling and. The pressure in extruding chest is 1.4-4.0MPA, the temperature is 110-120° C. It suddenly reduce to normal temperature and normal pressure, the water steam quickly steams and oil fat in cell is fully exposed to get extruded material with a thousand bonds of mini pore path and furnace crack. Extruding makes it easier for solvent permeating oil plant cell and oil fat bleaching out of cell, which develops bleaching and exsolution efficiency. Adding 30% weight material develops the handling capacity of bleaching device. Because the material stay for short time in extruder(less than 30 seconds), useful composition are damaged less, which is good for protecting the quality of material.
