Product Description

This machine is used for filtering the crude oil pressed out by screw typeoil press and can be matched with oil press model 68 ,80 ,95 ,100 ,120 ,160 for combined operation .In the oil processing industry, plate and frame filter press for edible oil is used to separate solids and liquids from the crude oil for cooking and edible purpose.

Structure

The plate and frame filter press for edible oil is formed by filter boards and filter frames or filter boards rows (box-type). Under the function of conveying pump, it press the suspension liquid into filter rooms and through filter intermediaries (filter cloth, filter paper and filter membrane) to separate solid and liquid.

Function

Operation instruction

 

When plate and frame filter press for edible oil is working, all the pipe clips should be tightened to prevent the oil from leaking. Filtering cloth should be put between the filter plates, and then lightened by tension bolt to make sure no leakage exists. Under the normal operation, the oil will come out 2 or 3 minutes after starting the press. If no oil comes out, please stop the press or inspection that if the oil pipe is clogged up or not. Under the filter piate. The valve is mounted which will be used when some filtering cloth is broken or the oil looks dirt.
