During the de-hulling process, the buckwheat kernel-shell can be separated automatically at the same time, and meanwhile sort out the broken from kernels. It adopts dry method de-hulling process, no preheating to buckwheat required beforehand. It feature easy operation, high percentage of kernels recovery, high percentage of whole kernels and perfect kernel-shell separation works.

The ideal de-hulling result can be achieved due to the adjustable design of the de-hullers, clearance in-between of emery rollers can be adjusted according the various materials.
