Introduce of our company.
In past 10 years, our factory mainly design, manufacture machines, whole plants, and turn-key production factories for the conditioning and compacting of many different products. Our pellet plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents, and bulk densities.
From 2002, we constantly develop our machines in order to satisfy the need of biofuel energy. Now our 9CK-Series pellet machine are particularly appropriate for products which are difficult to pellet,
such as the Wood Waste (Logs, Wood Shavings, Wood Chips, Sawdust), Straw (Miscanthus, Bagasse)and the other Biomasses. Our pellet machine with a drive power from 15 kw to 160 kw to make different size pellet. We plan and calculate wood/straw pellet plants according to the requirement of the customer considering the capacity and the local conditions between 0.5-15ton/hour. Till now, we
have finished installing whole line for 10 sets turn-key projects on wood pellet in China with 1-2t/ h
; and exported 8 sets complete plants to France, Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia and Ukraine by the different domestic trading company.
Introducing for the line
This line makes the wood pellet with sawdust. Collect the material and mix, adjust the quality, make one, small and roundish thing to cool dry, Sift the process of grading to form. The technological process is rational in succession, every unit performance is good, the aircrew structure is compact, the area of occupation of land little, the energy consumption bottom, it is convenient to operate it and maintain. It is also useful for kinds of grain straw for the pellets.
This line is better for the mixture of 50% pine and 50% the other woods;Energy Consumption: Water 55-70kg/1h, Coal 125-135kg / 1ton raw material

Explanation for the line
1.Crush System
This system is one important system , it is mainly used to crush all kind of diameters of wood, chips, hulls and so on.The crush system can confim make all materials into sawdust.
2.Drying Process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%
3.Pelletizing Process:

4.Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, so the wood pellet is easy to store.
5.Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
