Peanut Shelling Machine/groundnut sheller/groundnut shelling machine

It has 3-4 rollers for shelling, different shapes of rasp bars, the function of sorting and sieving, second shelling makes the machine with high shelling ratio and low breaking ratio.
Because HJ Peanut sheller sort peanut into two grades by sorter, small peanut and big peanut, then sorted big and small peanut goes separately to their fitted shelling device according to the size, so the shelling ratio is higher.
And also because the unshelled peanut will return to shelling device for second shelling, finally peanuts can be totally shelled .
Accepts a wide range of nut sizes and suitable to process various cultivated varieties of peanuts from all over the world.
With the humanization design, shell slag can be removed automatically.
The shelling machine is equipped with pneumatic conveyor that transfers the groundnuts without injured. In addition, the dust collector can be added in order to keep the working environment clean.



Working principle

Professional Industrial Peanut/Groundnut Shelling Machine
Peanut Sheller is designed with 2 shelling drums (Model HJ1600) or 3 shelling drums (Model HJ3500, HJ4500 and HJ6000). The peanut are feed to the first drum, under the beaten of shelling grates and concaves, the shells and kernels are separated, then 1st shelled nuts flow to the vibrating sifter for separation, light shells are blown by air blower, heavier peanut kernels are go to outlet, at the same time, under the function of vibrating gravity sifter, the small percentage of unshelled peanuts will flow into the 2nd outlet and feed into 2nd drum for repeated shelling process until it is be shelled.
