Usage
This machine is the main equipment of the chocolate production line, mainly used in fine-grinding chocolate slurry.
The chocolate conche is used for the conching of chocolate paste(mixture of cocoabutter, cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar powder, milk powder etc). It can improve the final texture and flavor of the chocolate. It is the main production equipment of
the chocolate production line.
