Structure and working principle for coconut meat grinder machine
Consist of hopper,feeding guide bar,cutter tooth,abrasive disk,main shaft,bearing base,outlet hopper,belt pulley,motor,frame etc.
When working,motor drive by belt and make abrasive disk installed on spline high speed running,many cutter tooth are installed on the abrasive disk,materials enter the chamber from hopper and touch the cutter tooth for grinding,finally discharge from the outlet hopper.In order to avoid the materials break away from touching the cutter teeth under the centrifuge force,design the hopper into cone,add feeding guide bar inside the wall,make materials enough touch cutter teeth,and achieve the best grinding result.Cutter teeth is made by lcr13 with high hardness,toughness and good rotproofness,and do quenching treatment,hard and durable.
The place touching with materials are stainless steel,cutter tooth is made by lcr13 and do quenching treatment.
