Product Description

1. Function
It is used to dry the biomass powder like sawdust with up to 40% moisture content to 15% moisture content that usually required to make biomass pellets.

2. Concerning Raw Materials
The sawdust must be relatively well ground and consistent in particle size. The particles are suspended in MID air momentarily by hot air from the included Hot Air Stove which uses a portion of the sawdust or biomass as fuel, but can also burn by coal, oil, or natural gas. This dryer makes a great compliment for use with hammer mill and pellet mill.

3. Description
Drier is a cylinder and slantwise slightly, the rotate speed can be adjustable.
Wet raw materials are fed into cylinder, the materials are well-distributed and dispersed after be turned over shoveling plate, then the materials contact with the hot air fully, the drying is acierated.
