Palm kernel oil press production line introduction:
1.Palm Nut & Fiber Separator : It is used for separate the fiber and nut after the palm oil pressing. After separate the palm nut and fiber, the fiber can as fuel. The palm nut can go to pressing oil.
2. Palm Nut dryer
This process adopts the vertical dryer, with the hot wind to transfer the heats. It removes out the more mositure, let the palm kernel become softy and easy cracking.
Automatic control and safety device of automatic moisture meter, automatic temperature control, pressure switches, motor overload protection, automatic ignition, automatic shutdown.
3.Palm Nut Cracking: Because the palm kernel is hard and big size, here we have a new cracker machine, which is is specially and newly developed to be used for cracking palm nuts. The palm nuts cracking machine is mainly applicable for dividing the palm kernels into the outer hard shell with high efficiency.The palm kernel separating machine is for separating the palm kernels from the cracked shells clearly and completely.
4.Palm Nut Shell & Kernel Separator Machine:
Because the cracked shell & nut are hard separate. Before mainly separate by manual. Previously we used mud separation to separate shells and kernels, called wet separation. Because the kernel and the separated shell after the wet separation method need to be dried, the machine cost and labor cost are high. Now we have newly researched the dry separation method, which can separate the shell and the kernel according to the specific gravity by the vibrating separation screen.
5.Palm Kernel Crusher Machine:
It is our company developed special for crushing palm kernels, palm nuts. Palm nuts after crushed, it will be easy to roasting & pressing, This crusher is a machine designed to crush the palm kernel, which can be crushed to the ideal granule according to the requirements of the oil press.
